Some dreams carry a timestamp in the Spirit—marking the moment when heaven begins to move.

A couple of months ago, my pastor shared one of those dreams with me. At the time, it stirred something deep.

The scene was unusual but instantly familiar to my spirit. A large building—a school—still under construction. A gym class ready to start. Deeply dug spaces. Foundations laid bare. And then—an alarm. Faint, but clear. Drowned out by the noise that surrounded us, but instantly recognisable to a few. Followed by rain. Heavy and fast. Filling every space that had been dug. The foundations became pools. Not just wet, but drenched. Saturated.

I held it. Sat with it. Waited. It came back to my remembrance suddenly just last week, and this time, the interpretation followed quickly. A prophetic word began to form, and I knew it was something to be shared—not just as a personal encouragement, but as a word for the hour we’re living in. It’s corporate. It's a word about buildings - but also about preparation. About spiritual architecture. About the kind of foundations that heaven is willing to fill.

This is for the Kingdom builders who have been in a season of deep digging. The ones who laid down their own tools and plans, and waited for God’s instruction. You’ve been led to dismantle what used to stand, and instead of rushing to rebuild, you’ve waited. You’ve left the ground bare. You’ve stayed in process longer than expected. And you’ve remained open—allowing the Lord to put the foundations in place and build according to His pattern—not your own.

There’s purpose in all of it.

This is what I heard:

Kingdom builders: the Lord is filling the foundations.

He hasn’t forgotten the vision. He hasn’t overlooked the cost. He sees the open ground, and He’s ready to send the rain. What He’s about to do is not a patchwork repair of the past, but something entirely fresh—designed by Him, built with Him, established for His glory.

This is a holy moment. A turning point. A call to stay tuned into heaven’s frequency. Not everything is meant to move quickly. Some foundations are being flooded with His Spirit before anything else can be built—because what’s coming next needs to rest on what He alone has prepared. We must maintain our posture of surrender and continue to cultivate an acute sensitivity to the Holy Spirit's leading.

“I am assembling an army of those who walk with Me. Surrendered. Closer than close. It is an army with the intimacy of Enoch, and the Spirit of Elijah. They hear my voice and are quick to obey. They desire only what I desire and have consecrated themselves to Me and My service - in Holiness and the fear of the Lord.

You are called into this company. I am training you. Equipping you. Preparing you. Making you fit for purpose.

I am sounding the alarm. It’s almost silent - like a dog-whistle. But to those that have silenced their own voices and the noise of the world and chosen and trained themselves to tune in to My heavenly frequency - they will hear it - loud and clear. It’s a clarion call. To peer into the heavenly reality of what I am doing in the Spirit in this hour - and bring it into the earth.

Many have desired to build with me. To teach and school others in My ways. Some whose foundations have been built with Me have run on ahead. Instead of waiting, they have continued building in their own strength - according to their own visions and a cookie-cutter earthly blueprint. They are building systems and structures that look like the way things always have. I will allow these to continue building. But these structures will not stand. They will be destroyed by fire. I will utterly demolish them. The builders started well but have not stayed in step with Me. They are building according to a man-made design and they labour in vain.

But to those whose foundations have been built with Me, and that have not run ahead or relied on their own wisdom and strength. To those who have remained open to Me - wanting only to be partners in what I AM building. Who have surrendered your own ways, left those foundations open and laid bare WAITING for Me and My way instead of rushing ahead to build it your own way, and according to your own timing - I say this…

It has looked a mess. To the world it has looked foolish. And very costly - as is every unfinished building project. To the natural eye it looks worse than when you started. You’ve demolished the old. What existed before. The old structure. And you have begun to dig deep. To those unschooled in the things of My Spirit it looks like a danger zone. Holes to disappear down. Huge voids where something sensible and logical once stood. It may even feel that way to you at time. But fear not. For now I am coming to fill the void. To flood your foundations with the latter rains of My glory and My presence. And to build what only I can build. Built ON Me, and FOR Me, and BY Me, and WITH Me. Constructed according to My pattern. As you partner with Me in the process you will become those that ‘labour not in vain’. For I am doing a new thing - and you HAVE perceived it, and have faithfully postured yourself to build only with Me. That which I have built through you will remain. It will stand the tests and the survive the shaking. And it will become a school of the Spirit in which MULTITUDES will be trained and equipped for My service - to usher in My end time revival on the earth. A harvest of souls that will outnumber all others.

Ready yourself. For I am coming to fill and to flood that which you are building in partnership with Me. Turn down the noise. Incline your ear and intentionally tune in to My frequency. Lean in. STAY THERE. Do not run ahead. Do not move away from the position or lose that posture. When you do you will hear My clarion call. When I come in power it will be quick, and the outpouring will exceed what you have been expecting. You must be prepared. You MUST maintain your posture.”

What Now?

Let this word take root. Go back to the areas in your life where the foundations feel exposed; where you know you’ve made room. You’ve cleared the ground. You’ve remained teachable.

“Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labor in vain.” — Psalm 127:1

There is nothing wasted when the Lord is the builder.

The rain is coming and it's coming quickly. This is the hour to stay in position. He's coming to fill and to flood those spaces that you've prepared in readiness.
